How are you different from other travel agents?
Privé Travel is an independent travel broker and a member of the Envoyage Group. We offer a highly bespoke service, specialising in high and ultra-high end travel. Our ethos is that “every need is considered and every want is catered for”. To ensure we meet this every time, we operate a concierge-style service – no request is too big or too small and as long as it is legal, we will facilitate it.
Do you charge fees for your services?
Yes, our schedule of fees can be found in our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Do you charge fees for preparing an itinerary/quotation?
Yes, we charge an Itinerary Preparation Fee (IPF). Further information can be found in our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Does Privé Travel offer business travel services?
Yes, our Privé Executive programme is dedicated to business travel. We have significant experience in the corporate travel management space and have worked with Fortune 500 companies. Privé Executive is therefore your trusted business travel partner.
Am I able to book an expedition to Africa, South America, the Arctic, or Antarctica?
Yes. Privé Expeditions is our specialist expedition programme. We have extensive experience organising luxury and ultra-luxury expeditions to the world’s most remote regions.
Are you able to charter a private jet for me?
We are New Zealand’s premier jet charter specialist and have global connections with private jet owners and operators, all of whom adhere to the highest standards of safety and service. Our Fly PRIVÉ service is our dedicated private jet charter programme that you can trust to organise your mission.
Do you offer private jet empty legs/repositioning charters?
Yes, our Fly PRIVÉ programme often has a range of private jet repositioning charters/empty legs available. These charters are available globally – often last-minute.
How can I charter a superyacht?
Privé Marine is our dedicated superyacht charter and cruise booking programme. We have extensive global contacts in the yacht charter industry. You can trust us to secure you a yacht that meets your service expectations, whilst adhering to the highest standards of safety.
Should I get travel insurance?
We strongly recommend that all travellers have a comprehensive travel insurance policy in place, taken out at the same time a booking is made. Due to financial regulations, at this time we can only offer insurance to New Zealand residents domiciled in New Zealand.
